Raymart Developments & Maintenance Limited is a Building, Repairs and Maintenance Company established in 2005.  We are a maintenance, repairs and development contractor based outside Ahoghill, Co. Antrim. The company has built up a reputation for honesty, integrity and quality of work as we strive to provide our clients with a second to none service. We offer a complete maintenance package covering all types of work such as electrical, plumbing, joinery, landscaping, general maintenance and many more.  We are on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

We can provide you with our 24hour helpline for out of hour’s emergencies, our response times are very quick and we usually arrange with each individual client a response time for our 24 hour service.

Our rates are very competitive and we are more than happy to negotiate rates with our clients. All projects are overseen personally by myself (Raymond) or our very skilled foremen and a project will not be handed over until I have inspected the work, and I am happy that it is of the highest standard.

This work ethic has helped the company to meet all deadlines given and deliver work to the highest standards ensuring customer satisfaction every time.  We undertake all work both small and large projects. We are also in the position to offer a secure storage space if required.

Currently we carryout maintenance work for Caterpillar NI Ltd formerly FG Wilson, Montupet UK Ltd, Warner Chilcott Ltd, Stenaline, NIAMH, Gateway NI and various other companies with our portfolio of clients steadily growing.  If you require any references we will be happy to provide them to you.

All our employees are trained to the highest standard, all hold CSR cards as well as many additional health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH general health & safety, Latchways safety harness training, Banks man training, confined space training and operator training certificates required for operation of mobile elevating work platforms.  Before commencing any project we provide a Health and Safety method statement and risk assessment to ensure we create a safe working environment for both our workers and the public.
